Job Summary 
  
The role holder will support the development and management of Canada Life Literature and content across a number of customer and adviser journeys, playing a critical role in keeping the business safe, ensuring content is accurate, compelling and meets the necessary regulatory requirements. 
  
What You'll Do  
  
•    Support the maintenance of Canada Life’s literature estate, ensuring communications remain compliant, compelling and available to target audiences through the appropriate channels. 
•    Ensure that collateral and literature on and offline is maintained and up-to-date, managing the approval process so that it adheres to brand guidelines, is signed-off by Technical, Legal, Compliance, Product and Distribution, and any other relevant parties, including external partners, as appropriate 
•    Support literature projects through managing assigned workloads and to agreed timings   
•    Complete regulatory testing of literature to ensure the estate meets our communication standards, helping to improve documents where required
•    Work closely with counterparts in other departments as required, such as Sales, Product and Compliance 
•    Carry out literature reporting and analysis 

  
Who You Are  
  
Practical experience in a communications or Customer Services role is desirable. Relevant skills, behaviours and experience may include: 
  
•    Literature management, ideally in a regulated industry, with experience of working closely with risk, compliance and legal functions   
•    Highly organised with excellent time management skills  
•    Able to manage complex workloads, prioritising to meet numerous deadlines
•    A motivated team player who strives towards achieving team objectives  
•    Adaptable in managing ad hoc workloads and projects with tight deadlines 
•    Focus on the customer and a commitment to improving their understanding of communications
•    An eye for detail, able to spot errors 
•    Excellent people skills, stakeholder management and adept at winning support from a wide range of people and collaborating closely when needed to achieve common goals  
•    A background in financial services is desirable, but not essential.
